How many people can fit on the truck? 
We can fit between 8 – 15 people at one time on the truck. This depends on the age and type of party. We can work with you no matter what your numbers are. 

How long are your children’s birthday parties?
Our parties are anywhere from 1.5-2.5 hours depending on the party package selected, any added services and the number of guests. Once we know which party you are interested in and how many guests you will have, we can give you a more accurate quote for time.

We recommend having parents pick up their children 30 minutes to an hour after your scheduled end time with the truck. This will allow time for any unforeseen circumstances that may arise.

Can boys participate in our birthday parties? 
Absolutely! We have had a number of parties where boys have been a part of the fun. They are welcome to get the manicure/pedicure along with everyone else. We also offer glitter tattoos and face masks if they don’t want their nails done. If you let us know ahead of time if there will be boys at your party, we can help you customize the experience for everyone.

Do you come into my home for parties or services?
All of our parties & services are held on the Gloss Beauty Truck. This means no set-up, mess or clean-up in your home.

We do provide on-location services for wedding day make-up packages as well as nail services for clients with mobility issues.

Can I bring food/beverages on the truck?
At this time we do not allow food or beverages to be on the truck due to the covid-19 pandemic. Please check back or check in with us through email or social media to find out when this option will be available.

Is there a deposit?
Yes. There is a $50 non-refundable deposit via e-transfer due at time of booking to hold your date/time for all children’s parties. There is a $150 non-refundable deposit for adult parties & weddings. 

Is there a minimum dollar amount to book the truck?
Yes. We require a minimum booking of $150 to book the truck.

Do I need to leave a tip? 
Tips are a great way of showing your appreciation to our staff for your services. It is not mandatory, however it is greatly appreciated.

Is there a travel fee for you to come to my location? 
Yes. There are different fees for different parts of the lower mainland. This information is in your party contract that you must sign & return to us upon booking.
If we are required to pay for parking, or any tolls, this will be billed to you as well.

Please Note: Currently we do not service the Abbotsford, Aldergrove, Chilliwack, Ladner, Mission, Richmond & Tsawwassen areas.

Do I pay in advance for my party?
No. The only payment in advance we need is your deposit. Your outstanding balance is due on the day of your party/event.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash, Credit Card or Debit. Deposits are to be paid via e-transfer.
